Community Guidelines

Flashkay is a home for the Haitian community. So everyone feels safe and welcome, we all follow a few simple rules. By using Flashkay, you agree to respect these guidelines. They apply to posts, Flashes, stories, comments, messages, and all other content.

1. Be respectful

Treat others with respect, even when you disagree. Healthy conversations make the community stronger. Do not attack people, insult them, or try to shame them.

2. Zero tolerance for content involving minors

We have zero tolerance for any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors (CSAM). This content is strictly forbidden. We will remove it, close the accounts, and report it to the proper authorities, including NCMEC and law enforcement, as the law requires.

3. No hate speech or harassment

We do not allow hate speech that attacks people based on race, color, national origin, religion, sex, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics. Harassment, bullying, and threats against a person are not allowed.

4. No nudity or sexual content

Do not post nudity or sexually explicit content on Flashkay.

5. No violence or threats

Do not post graphic violence, do not threaten to harm people, and do not praise or encourage violence.

6. No illegal activity

Do not use Flashkay for illegal activity, including the sale of drugs, the sale of weapons, or anything else against the law.

7. No spam, scams, or fraud

Do not send spam, run scams, or try to trick people out of their money or information.

8. No impersonation

Do not pretend to be another person, brand, or organization in order to deceive others.

9. Respect intellectual property

Do not post content that is not yours without permission. Respect the copyrights and trademarks of others.

10. How reporting works

If you see something that breaks these rules:

  • Use the Report button on the post, comment, or profile.
  • You can block any user so they cannot contact you again.
  • Our team will review the report and take the action needed.

You can also email us at support@flashkay.com. We strongly encourage you to report. It helps us keep Flashkay safe for everyone.

11. Enforcement steps

When someone breaks the rules, we may take one or more of these steps, depending on how serious it is:

  • A warning to the user
  • Content removal of the material that breaks the rules
  • Suspension of the account for a period of time
  • A permanent ban of the account

For very serious violations, such as content involving minors, we may act immediately without a warning and report it to the authorities.
